Emergency Medical Assistance includes medical case management and monitoring, transportation, emergency medical evacuation, medically supervised repatriation and more.

We know that hospital visitation is an important aspect of recovery. Should you be expected to remain in the hospital for at least seven consecutive days, we will arrange for a Compassionate Visit to your Hospital Bedside. A Compassionate Visit will include necessary transportation for a single relative or friend to reach the Hospital or Medical Facility in which you are being cared for.

How do You Get Home Following Treatment

Once a patient has been discharged from the hospital and is past the acute phase of treatment for their emergency medical needs, we will arrange for the return of the patient to their home. Medical supervision is also provided in the event of transfer to another Hospital, Medical Facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Rehabilitation Center.
